The full financial year FY26 saw sales of ₹1,834.74 crores, a 24.4% year-on-year increase. Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Vidya Wires Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 11 1981 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat. Thereafter our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 19 2024 and a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on July 15 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from ‘Vidya Wires Private Limited’ to ‘Vidya Wires Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 16 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre to our Company.Major Events and Milestones:1981- Incorporation of our Company and establishment of Unit 1 at Anand Gujarat1982- Start of Production of our products in our Unit-11997- Recorded first year of export2008- Company started Unit 2 at Anand Gujarat2012- Company started Unit 3 at Anand Gujarat2022- Formation of subsidiary i.e. ALCU2023- Recorded sales of ?10000 million
