Tirupati Sarjan clarified a delay in disclosing income tax demand notices totaling ₹18.13 crore for assessment years 2016-17 to 2020-21 from the Asst. Commissioner of Income Tax. The delay was due to an email oversight by the Accounts Department during year-end activities. The company plans to appeal against the demands.
