Tamilnadu Petroproducts reported audited FY26 net profit of Rs.88.76 crore, a 72.6% increase YoY, alongside a 19.3% YoY revenue decline to Rs.1489 crore. For Q4 FY26, net profit fell 76.7% to Rs.5.83 crore, with revenue down 72.6% to Rs.125.59 crore. The board recommended a Rs.1.50 per share dividend for FY26.
