TAC Infosec bonus share

To receive TAC Infosec’s bonus shares, you must be a registered shareholder on the Bonus Share Record Date of 15-Oct-2025.

To qualify:

• Your name must appear in TAC Infosec's shareholders' register
• Shares must be held in your demat account or physical form
• All shares should be fully paid up
• Purchase of shares must be completed before the bonus share ex-bonus date of 15-Oct-2025
