Our Company was incorporated on May 19 2005 as ‘Supreme Facility Management Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 19 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies Pune. Subsequently our Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the Registered Office general meeting held on February 9 2024 and the name of our Company was changed from “Supreme Facility Management Private Limited” to “Supreme Facility Management Limited” pursuant conversion from private to public company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 1 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies.Major Events and Milestones:2005- Incorporated as Supreme Facility Management Private Limited2016- Reached 100 Client Sites+ with a turnover of Rs 100 crores plus2018- Acquisition of 55% stake in Trimurty Utility Services Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Corporate Food Solution services and further addition of the customer in IFM and Manpower Supply business segment2019- Acquisition of 66.67% stake in Everdew Engineering Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Production Support Service2021- Incorporation of one of our Subsidiary Ialpha Mobility Solution Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Employee Transportation Segment2022- Crossed the Revenue of Rs 200 crores2023- Crossed the Revenue of Rs 300 crores2024- Conversion from a private limited company to public limited company.- Acquisition of additional 45% stake in Trimurty Utility Services Private Limited to expand the Service Portfolio in Corporate Food Solution services and further addition of the customer in IFM and Manpower Supply business segment
