Subsequently our Company was converted to Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to “Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on September 14 2022. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on September 29 2022 by the Registrar of Companies Bangalore.
