The Company was originally formed and registered as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act 1932 (“PartnershipAct”) in the name and style of “M/s Sonu Enterprises” pursuant to a deed of partnership dated September 01 2001. Theconstitution of partnership firm were changed on November 14th 2014.Thereafter the constitution of partnership firmwere changed on July 6 2017 by admission of partners. Subsequently "M/s. Sonu Enterprises" was converted from apartnership firm to a public limited company under Part I chapter XXI of the Companies Act 2013 in the name of “SonuInfratech Limited” and received a certificate of incorporation dated September 29 2017 from the Central RegistrationCenter Registrar of Companies.The Promoter Mr. Ramji Shrinarayan Pandey and Mr. Ketan Modi laid down the foundation of the company in the year 2001 as a partnership firm in the name of “M/s. Sonu Enterprises” with a vision to establish itself in Civil ConstructionMechanical Job Work at Reliance Petroleum Limited Moti Khavdi and other business as may be decided by partners from time to time. Later on with this vision to give corporate shape to the partnership firm in the year 2017 they converted partnership firm into public limited Company in the name and style of “Sonu Infratech Limited (Sonu)”.The Company is engaged into the business of civil construction services such as piling excavation road preparationland leveling structural painting building construction in nature of commercial and industrial project mechanicalscaffolding services including structuring and piping Plant maintenance at Reliance DTA (Domestic Territory Area)Reliance SEZ (Special Economic Zone) Reliance MTF (Marine Time Farm including DTA and SEZ) Reliance J3 (C2Complex PCG DTA PCG SEZ Rubber Plant) Nayara Maintenance Repairs and Maintenance services such as plumbing electrification cleaning of vessels plant and machinery tanks during shut down period of the company who had awarded us contract etc. We also have the own plant and machinery and vehicle which enables us to provide a complete range of civil construction services for majority of all type of civil construction and infrastructure related work.We are class “C” contracts (“Upper Tendering Limit of Rs. 100 Lakh) which enables us to bid the contract for any kindof defense segment work in India. We have successfully completed various contracts awarded by Military EngineeringServices (“MES”).The management always emphasis on core strength and policies that focus on technology and great deliverance. The pricing of the services is determined on the basisof type of construction and estimated duration within which it needs to be completed as well as the type of equipment’srequired. The prices are determined by negotiating directly with the client. In general the services are provided to thecustomers on credit and we maintain an ongoing account of receivables from customers. The customers generally settlethe account on periodic basis.
