Later on company was converted into public limited company and due to the conversion the name of our Company name was changed to “Saroja Pharma Industries India Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18th 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra.MAJOR EVENTS:2019 -Incorporation of our company viz. “Saroja Pharma Industries India Private Limited.2023-Conversion of our company’s status from Private Limited to Limited Company to Saroja Pharma Industries India Limited.
