Further the name of the company changed from “Sachee Aromatics Private Limited” to “Sacheerome Private Limited” vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated April 04 2012 and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana on April 17 2012. Further the name of the company changed from “Sacheerome Private Limited” to “Sacheerome Limited” vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated May 01 2024 and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana on August 8th 2024.
