Krishna Reddy andMr.Y Meera Reddy and other associates with the object ofsetting up a scampy farm and hatchery and tiger shrimphatchery. The promoters have experience in the field ofaquaculture. The promoters were carrying merchandiseexports of Aqua products in the name of Coastal Sea Foods.The firm Coastal Sea Foods had an established network ofprocuring centres at various places like AmalapuramBhimavaram Machilpatnam Nagayalanka Repalle in AndhraPradesh. This company has taken over the firm Coastal SeaFoods on its incorporation and is now carrying on themerchandized exports.
