The company was originally incorporated as Ram RatnaWinding Wires Pvt. Limited on 21st July 1992. Subsequently theCompany was converted from Private Limited to PublicLimited as well as changed its name to Ram Ratna Wires Ltd.by passing a Special Resolution dated 18th November 1992and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent ofchange of name was obtained from Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra Bombay.The promoters intended to proceed with the project onlyafter December ''93/January 1994 and approached IDBIAhmedabad for term financing. IDBI has appraised theproject when each of the critical success factors for thesuccess of the business have been evaluated such asbackground of the promoters managerial competencemarketing strengths the performance of the group companiesengaged in the same line of business etc.nPRESENT BUSINESS:The company is presently implementing the projectat Survey No.212 village Dadra UT of Dadra and NagarHaveli for the manufacture of Super Enamelled CopperWinding Wires and Submersible Copper Wires. The Companyhas obtained a letter of acknowledgement No.284/SIA/IMO/93dated 2nd February 1993 from Govt. of India Ministry ofIndustry Department of Industrial Development EntrepreneurAssistance Unit.
