Our Company was originally incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 as “Platinum Industries LLP” on August 19 2016 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Central Registration Centre Registrar of Companies. Subsequently our Company was converted into a private limited company under Companies Act with the name ‘Platinum Industries Private Limited’ pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 09 2020. Further pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 30 2023 and by our Shareholders at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 31 2023 our Company was converted into a public limited company. Consequently our name was changed to ‘Platinum Industries Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 02 2023 was issued by the RoC.
