Our Company was incorporated as "PDP Shipping & Projects Private Limited" a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 1 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra.Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 12 2015 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 1 2015 was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Maharashtra recording the change in the name of our Company to ‘PDP Shipping & Projects Limited’. Thereafter with effect from May 7 2015.Major Events and Milestones:2009- Incorporated as "PDP Shipping & Projects Private Limited"2015- Our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and the name of our company was recorded as "PDP Shipping & Projects Limited"
