The Company was originally incorporated as Abhi Diagnostic Imagings Private Limited on December 05 2000 under the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. Subsequently the name of the company was changed from “Abhi Diagnostic Imagings Private Limited” to “Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Private Limited” under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on February 26 2021 and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 24 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. Subsequently the  Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra on May 24 2021. The CIN of the Company is U33111MH2000PLC129883.
