Subsequently the Company became a Public Limited Company in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 31 2012. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name as a result of conversion to a public limited company was issued on September 26 2012 by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
