Our Company was originally incorporated on May 09 2019 under the name “Maxvolt Energy Industries Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently the status of our Company was changed to public limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to “Maxvolt Energy Industries Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 18 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 27 2024 by the Centralised Processing Centre.
