The company was incorporated as Ravi Bearings Pvt. Ltd. under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad bearing Registration No. 031719 of 1996-1997 and the certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies at Ahmedabad. Name of the company was changed to Maruti Interior Products Pvt. Ltd. vide resolution dated April 8 2000 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change in name was issued by the registrar of companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad dated May 12 2000. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on 20th October 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to “Maruti Interior Products Limited”. Consequently a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on 9th November 2021.The company is manufacruring and exporting kitchen storage systems & accessories Aluminium Long Wardrobe Handle & Profile Handle. There are two categories of kitchen storage accessories - Solid Base Range and Wire Base Range. Both product ranges included Vertical Storages Corner Storages Drawer Pull Outs Mid Way Accessories Drawer Organisers Portable Storage Products Wardrobe Storage Accessories Wardrobe Handles Main Door Handles Cabinet Handles Profile Handles Wooden Handles etc. All the manufacturing products are designed and developed in house.We are expanding manufactruring facility and propose to install automatic chrome plating plant automatic power coating plant some other machinery to increase the production capacity and products. The company propose to construct new shed on plot no. 9 Survey No. 236 Jai Krishna Industrial Estate Veraval Tal. Kotda Sangani Veraval Dist. Rajkot adjacent to existing factory. Land is taken on lease and shed will be constructed by the company.
