Manjeera Constructions Limited was incorporated on02.03.1987 under the name and style of MANJEEPACONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD under the Companies Act 1956 withits Registered office at 1-1 0-233/1 Ashok NagarHyderabad. The registered office of the Company was shiftedto 1-10-237 Ashok Nagar Hyderabad w.e.f. 16.08.1988 andlater on shifted back to 1-10-233/1 Ashok Nagar Hyderabadw.e.f.16.05.1991. The registered office of the Company wasshifted to the present address w.e.f. 01.12.1995. TheCompany was converted into a Public Limited Company videresolution dt. 02.02.1995 and a fresh Certificate ofIncorporation was obtained on 15.12.1995.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYManjeera Constructions Limited is mainly engaged in thedevelopment of residential complexes.
