Later on the name of the Company waschanged to INTERNATIONAL PUMPS AND PROJECTS PRIVATELTD.w.e.f 29th December 1992 and fresh certificate ofincorporation consquent to change of name was granted on13th January 1993. The Company was converted into a publiclimited company and fresh certificate of incorporation wasobtained on 15th December 1994. The Company was promoted by Sh. Y.I.R Sehgal and LateSh.Ashok Kumar Wadhawan. Sh. Y.I.R Sehgal Chairman andManaging Director of the Company is a Mechanical Engineerand MBA.
