The Company was incorporated as a private limited company in the name of ‘IRM Energy Private Limited’ under the Companies Act 2013 and a certificate of incorporation dated December 1 2015 was issued by the RoC. Subsequently the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ‘IRM Energy Limited’ pursuant to a board resolution dated February 25 2022 and a special resolution passed by the shareholders on March 8 2022 consequent to which a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 23 2022 was issued by the RoC.Major events and milestones of the Company :2017- Commissioned the first City Gate Station at Banaskantha- Commissioned the first Mother Station at Banaskantha- Commissioned the first DODO Station at Banaskantha- Commissioned the first commercial customer at Banaskantha2018- Commissioned a City Gate Station at Fatehgarh Sahib- Commissioned a Mother Station at Fatehgarh Sahib- Commissioned the first industrial customer at Fatehgarh Sahib2019- Completed laying more than 1000 inch km of pipelines at Banaskantha2021- Completed laying more than 500 inch km of pipelines at Fatehgarh Sahib- Commissioned the 100th commercial customer at Banaskantha- Commissioned the 50th CNG Stations (including DODO Stations and OMC Stations)2022- Commissioned the 100th industrial customer at Fatehgarh Sahib- Commissioned the first L-CNG Station at Gir Somnath- Commissioned over 35000 PNG domestic connections at Banaskantha2023- Commissioned over 50000 PNG domestic connections at Company level- Achieved Minimum Work Programme target of Fatehgarh Sahib GA- Commissioned the first CNG Station at Namakkal and Tiruchirappalli GA (OMC Station)
