Our Company was incorporated on March 26 2011 as “HP Telecom India Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 26 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently our Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on January 29 2024 and the name of our Company was changed from “HP Telecom India Private Limited” to “HP Telecom India Limited” pursuant conversion from private to public company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 26 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies.Major Events and Milestones:2011- Incorporated as HP Telecom India Private Limited2020- Turnover of our Company crossed 190 Crores2022- Turnover of our Company crossed 256 Crores2024- Conversion from Private Company to Public Company- Company has Achieved Turn Over of 1058.92 crore in single Financial Year
