Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of “Vasa Denticity Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 29 2016 issued by Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed from “Vasa Denticity Private Limited” to “Vasa Denticity Limited” vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 01 2023.
