The company was incorporated on 8th June 1994 as aPrivate Limited Company having its Registered Office atCalcutta with an authorised capital of Rs. 25 lacs. It wasconverted into a Public Limited Company by passing aspecial resolution on 05.10.94 in terms of Section 44 ofthe Companies Act 1956 and received fresh certificate ofincorporation on 28th November 1994 and increased theirauthorized capital upto Rs. 500 lacs/ by a specialresolution dated on 08/03/95.The object behind formation of Company was to tap theincreasing demand for financial services and in line withobject the Company has obtained Membership of NationalStock Exchange of India for capital market segment anddealership of OTCEI both at Calcutta.PRESENT BUSINESSAt present the Company Is engaged in shares & securitiestrading and also providing corporate advisory services.
