HISTORY OF THE COMPANYThe Company was incorporated on 21st August 1998 under theprovisions of the Companies act 1956 (hereinafter referredto as the "Act") as a private limited Company by name andstyle "Fourth Generation Information Systems Private Limited"vide Certificate of Incorporation No. .29999 issued by theRegistrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh. The Company wassubsequently converted to a public limited Company on 10thMarch 2000 vide resolution adopted by the members of theCompany in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 10'hMarch 2000 and consequently the Company obtained freshcertificate from the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradeshon 28th March 2000.SUBSIDIARY COMPANIESThe Company at present do not have any Subsidiary.
