Our Company was originally incorporated as “Emrald Resilient Tyre Manufactures Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) Chennai at Tamil Nadu pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated March 27 2002. Thereafter the name of our Company was changed from “Emrald Resilient Tyre Manufactures Private Limited” to “Emerald Resilient Tyre Manufacturers Private Limited” vide special resolution passed by the members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on July 16 2018. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Emerald Resilient Tyre Manufacturers Private Limited” to “Emerald Resilient Tyre Manufacturers Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 25 2023. Thereafter the name of the company was changed from “Emerald Resilient Tyre Manufacturers Limited” to “Emerald Tyre Manufacturers Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 11 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies Tamil Nadu dated January 17 2024. The CIN of the Company is U25111TN2002PLC048665. Milestones:2002-Emerald started - Solid Tyre plant inaugurated on 20th July 2006- Expanded solid tyre capacity to become single largest plant in India 2007- split rim plant inaugurated - Focus on Rim/Band/Fitment press 2008- Industrial pneumatic - tube-flap pant inaugurated- Become one stop shop for industrial tyre-wheel solutions- Warehouse/sales office in Europe (Zele) & middle East(Dubai) 2011- Expanded capacity to become single largest manufacturer in India 2015- Expanded range in GSE - Port-skid steer segment- Obtained president awarded for top exporter in our segment 2019- Scaling up of US operations - seen as Emerging Global player 2022- Major expansion of Industrial Pneumatics 2023-Our Quest to become top global player continues
