Additionally, equity shares of promoters Shailesh Bhandari and Mukesh Bhandari were also attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). This action is linked to an ongoing CBI FIR concerning an alleged loss of Rs. 81.97 crore to Bank of India.
