Our Company was originally incorporated under the name “Quality Management Concepts Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 12 2004 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra Subsequently the name of the company was changed to ‘Q M Computech Private Limited’ vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 05 2012 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai dated October 17 2012. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on November 17 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai.
