The name of the Company was changed to Cell Exchange (India) Private Limited on 21st January 2003 and subsequently to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Pvt Ltd on 12th March 2004 which was reverted back to its old name i.e. Cell Exchange (India) Private Limited on 22nd July 2004 and on 16th March 2005 the name was changed to Cambridge Technology Enterprises Private Limited. Thereafter it was converted into a public limited company after passing the necessary resolution in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 14/03/2006 and the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad had issued a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on such conversion on 31/03/2006 and the present name of the Company is Cambridge Technology Enterprises LimitedThe Registered Office of the Company is situated at 4th Floor Sufi Chambers Road Number 1 Banjara Hills Hyderabad - 500 034 A.P. India. The Company has presence in Cambridge Massachusetts in the USA.At the time of incorporation the Registered Office of the Company was situated Flat No.607 Annapurna Block Aditya Enclave Ameerpet Hyderabad. On 2nd November 2000 the Registered Office was shifted from the said address to Flat No. 188 & 189 RR Towers Kavuri Hills Madhapur Hyderabad.
