Subsequently the Company has acquired a proprietorship firm the entire running businesswith the assets and liabilities of M/s Clara Petrochemicals sole proprietorship concern of the Promoter Ms. Parry Kukrejavide Business Transfer Agreement dated October 29 2021. As on date of this Prospectus the Company has Seven (7) shareholders.The Company is promoted by Ms. Parry Kukreja and Mr. Nikhil Kukreja. They are the guiding force behind all the strategicand management decisions of the Company and has been an anchor to the company. Mr. Nikhil Kukreja has been anentrepreneur since 2008 and is experienced personnel in the packaging industry. The promoters are the frontline forcebehind the company they are leading the company from the front.
