Thereafter our Company was converted from private limited to public limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on June 01 2022 and the name of the Company was changed from “Cargotrans Maritime Private Limited” to “Cargotrans Maritime Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 06 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat.
