The name of the said Company was changed to "Chandni Engineering Private Limited" on 4th January 1990. It was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a special Resolution on 18th February 1992 and obtained from the Registrar of Companies a fresh certificate of Incorporation on 6th March 1992.
