Chandni Engineering Limited was incorporated on 17th June 1986 in Maharashtra under the Companies act 1956 under the name Amita Texturisers Private Limited. The name of the said Company was changed to "Chandni Engineering Private Limited" on 4th January 1990. It was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a special Resolution on 18th February 1992 and obtained from the Registrar of Companies a fresh certificate of Incorporation on 6th March 1992.
