Our Company was originally incorporated as “Shivdeep Industries Limited” as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 at Bikaner pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 6 1995 issued by the RoC and received a certificate of commencement of business from the RoC on October 27 1995 following our conversion from the erstwhile partnership firm “Shivdeep Food Products” to “Shivdeep Industries Limited”.
