Bonanza Portfolio Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Offer for Skybridge Interactive LLP's open offer to acquire up to 25.32% stake in Baba Arts Limited at ₹6.00 per share. This offer was triggered by an underlying Share Purchase Agreement where Skybridge acquired a 74.67% stake from promoter Gordhan Tanwani for ₹23.52 crores.
