The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Companyunder the name and style of Flag Leasing and InvestmentPrivate Ltd. on February 3 1993 with the Registrar ofCompanies (Madhya Pradesh) at Gwalior. Subsequentlyconverted into Public Limited Company vide specialresolution passed on 14th February 1994. Certificate ofthat effect was obtained from Registrar of Companies(Madhya Pradesh) at Gwalior on February 25 1994. Name ofthe Company was changed to FLAG FININ LIMITED andCertificate was obtained from Registrar of CompaniesMadhya Pradesh Gwaliar on 23rd November 1994. The Company started its activities immediately onincorporation. Presently Company is engaged in thebusiness of Leasing and Hire Purchase of Industrial itemsInvestments in secondary markets etc.The Company proposes to expand its activities inInvestment Leasing and Hire Purchase and entering in tomore thrust area of Auto Financing and financing forhousehold appliances. Company proposes to commence non fund based activities suchas Public Issue Management. To act as Registrar to theIssue and share tranfer Agents Underwriting in the PublicIssue Portfolio managements projects Finance Consultancyetc.The Company has been granted Certificate INU 000000357 bySecurities and Exchange Board of India vide their letterNo. IMID/REGN-UW/4934/95 Dated March 24 1995 to act asUnderwriters.
