Rentomojo Overview & Purpose
Rentomojo is offering approximately 3.11 crore equity shares, comprising a fresh issue of 37.15 lakh shares aggregating to rupee 150 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 2.74 crore shares aggregating to rupee 1,105.57 crore by existing shareholders.
The company plans to utilise the fresh issue proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, payment of lease rentals and licence fees for its warehouses and experience stores, and general corporate purposes. The proceeds from the OFS will be received by the respective selling shareholders.
