Ratnaveer Precision Engineering shared its Q1 FY27 investor presentation, outlining its financial performance, progress on key projects, and a recent credit rating upgrade.
Ratnaveer Precision reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 314.63 crore, up 18.90% compared to the same quarter last year. EBITDA increased 31.74% to Rs 35.97 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 22.02% to Rs 18.23 crore. The company reported an EBITDA margin of 11.43% and a PAT margin of 5.80%.
The company's Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) project has reached around 60% completion, with commercial production targeted for November 2026. Ratnaveer also received in-principle approval under the Gujarat Electronics Policy for its Rs 472.34 crore project and secured NSE and BSE approvals for a proposed rights issue of up to Rs 330 crore. The funds will support the CCL project and future expansion plans.
During the quarter, Infomerics upgraded the company's long-term credit rating to IVR A- (Stable) and enhanced its bank facilities to Rs 388.47 crore. Ratnaveer also received the Star Performer – Large Enterprise Award at the 42nd EEPC India Export Awards.
Investors will watch the commissioning of the Copper Clad Laminate project, the progress of the proposed rights issue, and whether the company can continue growing its earnings while expanding into new materials.
