The Company was incorporated as Vasu Preservatives Private Limited on October 30 1985 under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai bearing Registration No. 37900. The name of the Company was changed to Yasho Industries Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on May 17 1996 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to Yasho Industries Limited by a special resolution passed on February 12 2018.
