WPIL Limited is selling its entire 44% shareholding in Australian subsidiary Sterling Pumps Pty Limited to Aturia International Pte. Ltd. for AUD 2.34 million. This transaction will make Sterling Pumps a step-down subsidiary and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026.
