Our Company was incorporated on June 24 2010 under the name and style of ‘Jamuna Travels Private Limited a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at their meeting held on April 07 2015 the name of our Company was changed to ‘Voler Car Private Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 20 2015 was issued by Registrar of Companies Kolkata. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public Limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 18 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Voler Car Limited’ and a Fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 02 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Processing Centre.
