Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Viviana Power Tech Private Limited” to “Viviana Power Tech Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 14 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Richi Nikeshbhai Choksi and Mrs. Priyanka Richi Choksi who were the initial subscribers to the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
