Vijay Solvex Limited was incorporated on 29.12.87 as apublic limited company with Registrar of CompaniesRajasthan at Jaipur. It obtained its certificate ofcommencement of business on 5.2.88.The Company was set up with a 100 T.P.D. SolventExtraction Plant. Subsequently a Vegetable Oil Refinery of25 T.P.D. was added in the year 1990. In 1992 the companywent in for expansion of the Solvent Extraction Plant andextended the capacity of the plant to 250 T.P.D. and alsoextended the capacity of the Refinery Plant from 25 T.P.Dto 50 T.P.D. The company has it''s own Oilseed Crushingcapacity of 80 T.P.D.
