Star Cement Ltd - 540575 - Announcement Under Reg 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015
Star Cement Ltd. and its subsidiaries will no longer pay mineral cess from August 22, 2026. This follows an amendment to the MMDR Act, 2026, which restricts State Governments from imposing such levies. The company had paid Rs. 35.50 crore in FY26 and Rs. 10.15 crore in the current FY27 towards this cess.
