The offshore importsystem is proposed to be located oft the Kakinada coast.The company was incorporated on the 13th July 1993 andobtained the Certificate of Commencement of Businesspursuant to Section 149(3) of the Act on the 21st July1993.The company started operations within one year ofincorporation by importing 1958.594 MT of LPG atVishakhapatnam port during May 1994 and marketed LPG inbulk to industrial consumers under Market Seeding Programme.The commercial operations of Kakinada bottling plantcommenced with effect from 1st Jan. 1995.
