Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the Shareholders at an Extraordinary General meeting held on 17th August 2024 and Consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Solvex Edibles Limited” and Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company a Fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued by Central Processing Centre Manesar Gurugram Haryana 122050 India on 30th September 2024.
