Subsequently it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra ordinary General Meeting of the company held on January 18 2018 and the name of the company was changed to Shree Vasu Logistics Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 06 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies Chhattisgarh. We have positioned ourselves as a third party Logistics Services Provider (LSP). We operate our business mainly through carrying and forwarding agent model in the domestic market.
