The Company was incorporated as "Shashijit Construction Private Limited" at Vapi Gujarat as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 05 2007 bearing corporate identification number U45201GJ2007PTC052114 issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to 'Shashijit Infraprojects Private Limited' and vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to name changed was issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat on June 20 2016. Further The Company was converted into public company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 July 2016 and the Company was converted into a public limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation issued on August 24 2016 by Registrar of Companies Gujarat and the name of the company was changed to 'Shashijit Infraprojects Limited'.
