The company was incorporated on Ninth day of March NineteenHundred and Ninety as a Private Limited Company under theCompanies Act 1956 with its Registered Office at Delhi.The company was converted into a Limited Company by passinga special resolution on February 01 1996 and by getting afresh certificate of Incorporation dated 11th March 1996issued by the Registrar Of Companies NCT Delhi andHaryana.The Company was originally promoted by Shri Pradeep KumarJindal and Smt. Mamta Jindal later on Mr.Vinod KumarTrivedi Mr. Vinod Kumar Singhal Mr. Bharat Kumar D. Guptaand Mr. Manoj Kumar Jindal joined the company. LaterSh.Pradeep Kr.Jindal and Smt.Mamta Jindal severed theirconnections. Change in management and control of thecompany took place on 22.01.96.
