Further our company changed its name from “Tiger Island Hospitality Private Limited” to “Share Samadhan Private Limited” in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the member of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 24 2015 & Registrar of Companies Delhi has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated March 05 2015 bearing CIN: U67190DL2011PTC229303.
