Saven Technologies Ltd formerly Pennar Infotech Ltd wasincorporated on May 10 1993. The company was originallypromoted by Mr. Vijay N. Rao and co-promoted by Pennar group.Mr. Vijay N. Rao an IT professional was the first ManagingDirector of the Company. After his resignation from the Boardeffective from May 31 1998 with a view to start his independentbusiness. Pennar group looked out for a new entrepreneur withIT background. In this process Mr. Sridhar Chelikani and hisassociates were identified who took over the management of thecompany. Subsequently the company's name was changed to SAVENTECHNOLOGIES LIMITED w.e.f February 4 2000 and the nominees ofPennar group relinquished their Directorships of the company.
