Our Company was originally incorporated as “Sattrix Information Security Technology Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 16 2013 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of our Company held on October 30 2023 and the name of our Company was changed to “Sattrix Information Security Technology Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Company to Public Limited dated November 07 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad being Corporate Identification Number U72200GJ2013PLC076845.
